Shipping Options

FedEx/UPS - Are used exclusively for orders shipped domestically.

FedEx/DHL/UPS - Are used exclusively for orders shipped internationally. All three couriers are comparable in service and rates. The choice of carrier is left to the discretion of SPI. Exceptions to this rule are orders shipped collect on the customers' account or other specific instructions given at the time the order is placed.

AIR FREIGHT - When necessary, an order may have to ship air freight via  commercial airline. This will occur when a dangerous goods item is ordered and cannot be shipped by one of the courier service listed above to the country of destination.  There are a few countries which do not permit the import of dangerous goods via the couriers services. The only shipping option is air freight. Also, if the weight of the order is over 150lbs, the only shipping option is air freight.

US Postal Service - We offer postal (mail) service only when specifically requested by the customer. There is a $15.00 surcharge for this service plus postage fees. Please note – Due to the potential unreliability of delivery service and lack of tracking details, we will request the customer take full  responsibility should the package become lost.

Customers outside the USA.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
